1. Do you charge for setup or takedown?

a. Tents, Dance Floor, Stage and Inflatables include setup/takedown; other items may incur a fee. Just ask about your specific needs.

2. Do you offer an event package?

a. Not really. Of the thousands of events we have done no two have been the same. So you can customize your event to your taste.

3. Do you offer delivery and pickup service?

a. Yes we do. Please ask about your specific requirements when placing your order.

4. How far will you deliver?

a. We will deliver anywhere. Fees are based on order size and distance.

5. Do you guarantee a delivery or pickup time?

a. We cannot guarantee a time due to many circumstances beyond our control.

However we will be glad to update you as our day progresses.

6. I have to have my delivery at a precise time, can you accommodate the requirement?

a. Yes. We will dedicate a crew and truck solely for your delivery/pickup. We do this often for government agencies or where there may be security concerns. This will be priced accordingly.

7. Do you charge a damage waiver fee?

a. We do not charge this fee on most event items. There are a few exceptions.

8. What if I need to cancel my order?

a. Please refer to our written policy concerning cancellation.

9. It’s the day of my event and I need more items what do I do?

a. Call us. We will get it ready for you ASAP.

10. I do not need everything I ordered, can I cancel some items?

a. You do not have to take anything that you do not want. However, you will lose your deposit on those items and may incur addition fees to cover our losses.

11. It seems some rental companies use other rental companies to fill my order, do you?

a. Absolutely not. We own our entire rental inventory, including tents. With us you will never be dealing with a middle man.

12. Do you supply items to other rental companies?

a. No you will get the best service and price dealing directly with us. So make sure when you chose a company for your event you know who you are dealing with.

13. I have specific tent questions; can I speak to someone on the crew?

a. Absolutely. There is usually a foreman in the store or on call.

14. I don’t want to touch anything, what can you do about that?

a. Everything. We can bring it, set it up, take it down, clean it up and then take it all away. Just like it never even happened.
