RESERVATIONS: A deposit
equal to 25% of the total rental contract is required to confirm your order. This will NOT be refunded if you
cancel your order, make cancellations, or change the date. Reservations made less than 3 weeks prior to the event must
be paid in FULL. Deposits
are NON REFUNDABLE. This means you
will NOT get your deposit back if you cancel your order, make
cancellations to your order, change the date, or decrease quantities. You will be responsible for the entire amount of the rental
if cancellation is made 3 weeks or less prior to the event.
DELIVERIES: Please ask
about delivery rates and availability. Delivery charges DO NOT include set up or take down of the
equipment. This service is available and may be arranged in advance. Delivery
is based on ground floor with easy access. Please call for special situations
or locations. We CAN NOT guarantee
delivery or pick up times. Sunday,
LINENS: Linens must be returned undamaged. We will charge full replacement
cost for linens that are burnt, have wax infused in them or that are damaged
beyond the point of cleaning. Do not place candles directly
on the table linens.
DISHES:
All china, glassware, flatware, and serving
items must be completely rinsed off!!! You rinse we wash!!! If items are returned with food
not washed off there will be a 100% cleaning charge applied to cover the cost
of hand washing.
